Job summary

I-Ray IT Solutions AB is seeking a highly experienced Requirements Analyst to support complex IT system development and application management activities. The successful candidate will translate business needs into clear, detailed, and traceable requirements for agile development teams.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate requirements activities across multiple teams and stakeholders. Remote with onsite Sundsvall.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish language skills (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant public sector experience within the last 5 years.
• At least 2 years working on public support or case management systems in the last 5 years.
• Strong requirements analysis and definition of technical software requirements.
• Solid Agile knowledge, especially Scrum, with decomposition of business needs.
• Experience in legally regulated environments with operational requirements.
• Ability to lead discussions, collaborate with stakeholders, analyze problems, and coach colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business needs and translate into detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Establish, maintain, refine, and prioritise backlogs with stakeholders and Product Owners.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, specs, processes, and backend/frontend requirements.
• Ensure requirements are structured, traceable, and suitable for iterative agile development.
• Facilitate workshops and story mapping sessions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business representatives, developers, architects, testers, and teams.
• Support improvement of system processes and workflows, including Camunda-based processes.
• Contribute to agile delivery using Scrum and mentor colleagues.
• Coordinate across teams working with interconnected systems and shared deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of requirements processes and collaboration practices.
