InventYou seeks an experienced Requirements Analyst to bridge business and IT development in a public-sector context. You will own the full requirements process across multiple IT systems, ensuring clear, testable, and traceable requirements from discovery through development and maintenance.

The role requires independent work, stakeholder coordination, and strong communication in Swedish and English. Hybrid work with on-site and remote elements is offered across a national public-sector

Competenze

• At least 6 years of hands-on experience working in agile environments in the development or further development of IT systems.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in requirements management and requirements analysis, including translating business needs into documented requirements and managing changed or new requirements.
• Proven experience analysing, formulating and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence in requirements management or systems development.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience must be from your own work and clearly described in your CV (assignments, roles, responsibilities, time periods and tasks).

We are looking for an experienced Requirements Analyst to act as the link between the business and IT development in a public-sector organisation. You will own the full requirements process across several IT systems, from identifying and analysing business needs to documenting, anchoring and following up requirements through development, further development and maintenance.

The role suits someone who works independently, coordinates stakeholders with confidence and ensures that requirements are clear, testable and traceable throughout their lifecycle in an agile environment.
