Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Services Remote Sales Representative to drive long-term services revenue in Sweden through remote engagements, renewals and expansion within the installed base.

You will work with CRM tools, collaborate with technical specialists, and support Sales & Marketing campaigns while operating with autonomy and professional judgment within company policies. Swedish and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in sales, preferably within services, solutions or technical environments.
• Strong understanding of remote sales approaches and customer relationship management.
• Experience working with CRM tools and solid general IT skills.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize work independently and deliver results.
• Experience with tenders, calculations and quotations, and/or operation and maintenance within building automation is a merit.

Responsibilities

• Drive Services sales primarily through remote channels such as calls, virtual meetings and other digital platforms.
• Develop and grow Services business within the installed base with focus on renewals and expansion.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads and support Sales & Marketing campaigns.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting and customer engagement using Schneider Electric CRM and Remote Sales tools.
• Collaborate closely with technical specialists, service and project managers and other internal stakeholders.
