Qualifications

• Drive reliability initiatives across manufacturing operations, systems and equipment.
• Analyse performance data, identify risks and lead root-cause investigations.
• Develop and implement strategies for asset lifecycle management and maintenance optimisation.
• Support investment decisions with data-driven recommendations on upgrades and future technologies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Automation, QA and Facilities to drive continuous improvement.
