Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial equipment and maintenance processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a structured, efficient manner.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach to problem solving.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute planned and corrective maintenance on production equipment and systems.
• Support installation, repair, maintenance, dismantling, and relocation of industrial equipment.
• Monitor maintenance activities and ensure work follows plans and standards.
• Contribute to development and implementation of maintenance plans and processes.
• Support maintenance procedures and policies and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Support transformation initiatives within the maintenance function.
• Apply maintenance procedures and technical practices to ensure compliance and excellence.
