Job summary

Senior Project Planner – Videberg Kraft AB

Being part of the development of new nuclear power in Sweden is a unique opportunity – and a central part of the future sustainable energy supply.

Videberg Kraft is building a new nuclear power company from the ground up, where planning and control playing a highly important role. As a project company, Videberg Kraft’s mission is to develop, construct, and operate Sweden’s future nuclear power.

We are now looking for a Senior Project Planner who will be responsible for leading planning and scheduling activities for our project.

Your role

As a Senior Project Planner within the Project Management Office (PMO), you will play a critical role in shaping the planning framework for a large-scale industrial programme. You will be at the centre of the project organisation, providing structure, insight and control to support key decisions and ensure successful delivery.

Your focus areas

• Develop, maintain, and optimize integrated master schedules
• Drive planning processes across multiple disciplines and stakeholders
• Ensure robust, realistic, and logic-driven project schedules
• Identify critical path, risks, constraints, and dependencies
• Perform schedule analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Provide clear reporting and decision support to senior project management
• Contribute to the development of planning standards, governance, and best practices

We are looking for someone who

• Is a senior professional with a strong track record in complex project environments. You combine strategical and analytical strength with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
• Have experience of Primavera P6 and/or other planning tools
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary project schedules and large-scale industrial projects
• Strong understanding of project controls, risk management, and cost integration
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders
• Fluency in Swedish and English
