We are establishing a new Manager role within the Global Center of Competence for Power Quality function in Västerås, created to strengthen project governance, planning, and execution across complex engineering projects. In this role, you will take overall responsibility for project planning, scheduling, and project control activities across a portfolio of projects.
You will build and lead the project controls capability, ensure robust standards and methodologies, and act as a key partner to project stakeholders.
The position combines strategic leadership with hands‑on involvement, covering the full project lifecycle—from early planning and execution through commissioning and project close‑out. As a manager, you will play a central role in driving predictability, performance, and continuous improvement across the project portfolio.
