Videberg Kraft AB in Sweden is seeking a Senior Procurement Project Manager to lead procurement and contract management for their new nuclear power project. This role involves managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of project components.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in large-scale industrial projects and a relevant academic degree. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential, along with strong analytical and project management skills.
Being part of the development of new nuclear power in Sweden is a unique opportunity – and a central part of the future sustainable energy supply.
Videberg Kraft is building a new nuclear power company from the ground up, where core nuclear technology, safety‑critical systems, and regulatory capabilities are established in parallel with the project execution. As a project company, Videberg Kraft’s mission is to develop, construct, and operate Sweden’s future nuclear power.
We are now looking for a Senior Procurement Project Manager (Site & Owner’s Work) who thrives in complex environments and wants to play a key role in securing our most critical deliveries through strong supplier partnerships and contract structures.
As Senior Procurement Project Manager (Site & Owner’s Work) in the Supply & Contracting team, you will be responsible for leading procurement, contract management, and supplier coordination across construction, infrastructure, and site development.
You will operate at the center of site execution, managing a broad supplier landscape and leading a team within procurement and contracting, ensuring that multiple parallel deliveries progress in a structured and coordinated way.
In this role, you will drive end‑to‑end procurement and contract execution, from sourcing strategy through contractor management and interface coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring that the site is delivered on time, with the right quality and sequencing, while maintaining control over scope, cost, risk, and dependencies across contractors and internal teams.
