Job summary

Electrolux Professional Group in Ljungby is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily assembly operations, drive performance, and maintain a safe, engaging workplace. You will coordinate the daily work of production staff to meet efficiency, quality, safety, and cost targets.

The role requires a technical background and prior leadership experience in manufacturing, with strong communication in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• Technical background (education or equivalent experience).
• Leadership experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of production, manufacturing and continuous improvement (Lean/WCM is a plus).
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and coordinate a team of production employees in daily operations.
• Ensure production targets are met across efficiency, quality, safety, and cost.
• Follow up daily KPIs and drive improvements.
• Prioritize and allocate resources based on production needs and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with work environment, safety, and environmental standards (incl. chemical handling).
• Maintain proper documentation and deviation management.
• Build a strong team culture through clear communication and feedback.
• Collaborating to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - ASSEMBLY

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive performance in our assembly environment in Ljungby. In this role you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations, high-quality output, and a safe and engaging workplace.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Production Supervisor for assembly area, you will lead and coordinate the daily work of employees, ensuring production meets targets for efficiency, quality, safety, and cost. You will work close to the operation, prioritizing activities based on production needs and customer demands.

Key Responsabilities

• Lead, coach, and coordinate a team of production employees in daily operations
• Ensure production targets are met across efficiency, quality, safety, and cost
• Follow up and act on daily KPI´s and drive improvements
• Prioritize and allocate resources based on production needs and customer requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions

Work may include evenings and weekends according to production schedule.

• A technical background (education or equivalent experience).
• Experience in a similar leadership role from before is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of production, manufacturing and continuous improvement (Lean/WCM is a plus).
• Confident in communicating in both Swedish and English.
• Confidence in both giving and receiving feedback.
• Strong prioritization skills and capability to lead work under with short deadlines.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands‑on mindset.
