Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Collaboration Services to define and drive the strategy for their global collaboration portfolio. This role encompasses ownership of Microsoft 365 delivery and enterprise communication tools, requiring both strategic and operational leadership.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in IT, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem, along with strong capabilities in financial planning, people management, and stakeholder communication.

The position offers a hybrid working model based in Stockholm with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT with significant experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Deep experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
• Proven experience in leading senior specialists and distributed teams.

• Define and drive the long-term vision and strategy for Collaboration Services.
• Oversee the global delivery of Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
• Lead a multicultural team of engineers and service managers.
