Job summary

Mentimeter is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Workplace Integrations team in Stockholm. You will define the integrations strategy for Microsoft, Google, LMSs and AI agents, guiding cross‑functional collaboration to shape the product roadmap.

You will own the outcomes, run rigorous discovery with customers and partners, and align internal teams to deliver enterprise-ready integrations with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, owned product direction and business outcomes for integrations or platform products, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Thinks in ecosystems, ships features. Our integration strategy is about two value propositions combining to create something neither could produce alone.
• Reads customer workflows and platform roadmaps together, and can spot when a technical integration is really a partnership opportunity worth handing to BizDev.
• Experience with marketplaces or AI/agent surfaces is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the 12-24 month integrations strategy, understanding customer workflows and platform roadmaps to decide how Mentimeter shows up.
• Translate ambitious theses into a system the team and Product department can act on.
• Define success metrics for each integration and measure outcomes (enterprise retention, usage, etc.).
• Run discovery with customers, Sales, CS and platforms early to address constraints.
• Lead day-to-day team planning, scope, priorities and tradeoffs for integrations.
• Ship into customers' hands with improvements in PowerPoint and Google Slides, guided by usage data.
