Job summary

Veritaz AB is seeking an experienced Senior M365 Project Manager to lead a large Microsoft 365 implementation program in Sweden. You will manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization.

You will drive SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Copilot Studio, and a new LMS rollout; plan migrations from existing platforms and support change management and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager leading enterprise IT transformation programs.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale Microsoft 365 implementation projects.
• Strong experience managing SharePoint implementation and migration projects.
• Experience leading digital workplace transformation initiatives.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, governance, and risk management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale Microsoft 365 implementation program.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and overall delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization.
• Drive the implementation of SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Copilot Studio, and a new LMS.
• Plan and manage migration from existing collaboration and learning platforms.
• Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Coordinate business transformation activities for a large employee population.
• Ensure successful rollout of the new digital workplace.
• Manage project governance, reporting, and executive stakeholder communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure project objectives are delivered on time and within budget.
• Drive continuous communication and alignment throughout the implementation.
