Job summary

Tng Group AB is seeking an IT Security Specialist to lead and develop security strategies at Bonava in central Stockholm. You will be responsible for enhancing the organization’s cybersecurity landscape using Microsoft technologies.

This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution in a cloud-first environment. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of cloud security, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive improvement initiatives related to compliance.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience within IT Security or Infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security tools.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for IT security across Bonava.
• Strengthen and maintain security across systems and data.
• Monitor the threat landscape and initiate preventive measures.
• Educate users and promote a strong security culture.
