Job summary

Syntrace, based in Stockholm, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead discovery with pilot customers, translate feedback into problems and priorities, and define quality metrics with our AI team.

You will balance user value, commercial impact and security, communicate strategy to the team and stakeholders, and bring hands-on experience with LLM products, plus clear writing and structured thinking.

• Background or strong interest in product management.
• Big plus if you have experience building for demanding, regulated buyers.
• Strong judgment about what to build, what to leave and how to know the difference.
• Hands-on experience with LLM products, and a clear view of where they fail.
• Clear writing and structured in your work.
