Job summary

Syntrace is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer in Stockholm. You will build and improve the models and pipelines behind our conversational knowledge platform for institutional investors. You will design rigorous evaluations to determine success and run experiments to push accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Several years building machine learning systems in production.
• Strong Python and experience with modern deep learning frameworks.
• A disciplined approach to evaluation; measure before you claim.
• Experience with LLMs, speech or retrieval is a strong plus.

We are now hiring a Machine Learning Engineer, based in Stockholm.

You will build and improve the models and pipelines behind them. You will design the evaluations that tell us when it works, and run the experiments that make it better.

Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it. It shapes which models we use and where data is processed.
