Job summary

Syntrace, a Stockholm-based startup, is hiring a product engineer to bridge users and the code that serves them. You will work with pilot customers, decide what to build, and own a feature from first conversation to production.

Our users are finance professionals; security and data handling drive the product. You will shape what is built, shipping with a small senior team and minimal process.

You will join a founding team with real ownership, and gain equity as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Several years building product at a high-velocity company, ideally selling to finance or another demanding, regulated buyer.
• Strong engineering across the stack.
• A record of shipping with a small senior team, without layers of process.
• Hands-on experience with LLM products, and a clear view of where they fail.

Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on.

We are now hiring a product engineer.

You will sit between the people who use Syntrace and the code that serves them. You will work with our pilot customers, decide what gets built and what does not, and then build it. You own a feature from the first customer conversation to production.

Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it. It shapes how we capture, where data lives, who can see what and how long anything is kept.
