Job summary

Justera Group in Göteborg is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Service Market Technology (SMT) activities within product and MAC projects. You will secure SMT business objectives, ensure on-time deliveries, and coordinate a cross-functional team from PCI through EG to align SMT requirements with overall plans.

Responsibilities include budgeting, timeline development, and ensuring V&V considerations are embedded.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within product development or aftermarket projects.
• Experience with both waterfall and agile project methodologies.
• Knowledge of process and product development.
• Experience with aftermarket operations and documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to make high-level decisions with limited information and competing priorities.
• Strong business understanding and cross-functional collaboration.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with ownership of delivery.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SMT project team from PCI to EG, ensuring targets and deliverables are met.
• Own, manage, and follow up SMT project budgets.
• Develop and monitor SMT project timelines with the team.
• Provide input to the overall project schedule and ensure alignment.
• Ensure SMT deliverables are integrated into project plans, including V&V.
• Define and drive SMT deliverables per the Project Description.
• Understand and manage stakeholders' expectations and needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to secure high-quality deliveries.
