Justera Group in Sweden is seeking a Senior Function Architect to support vehicle software and functional development in an automotive context. You will work with stakeholders to define system concepts and drive architectural decisions across multiple teams.

You will facilitate cross-functional discussions, assess dependencies, and translate complex topics into clear system concepts while promoting good engineering practices and knowledge sharing. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Solid experience in function development, system development, or system ownership in embedded/vehicle environments.
• Strong understanding of vehicle/platform complexity and system interactions.
• Experience assessing functional or software changes and impacts on related systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with ability to facilitate discussions.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Support vehicle software and functional changes from idea to agreed solution during early development.
• Collaborate with internal customers, system owners, and stakeholders to define system solutions.
• Lead discussions to clarify changes, assess impacts, and identify affected interfaces.
• Develop and communicate clear system concepts, including principles, interfaces, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams with varied technical backgrounds.
• Document solutions and architectural decisions using architecture tools and processes.
• Translate complex topics into clear information to support decision-making.
• Identify dependencies across vehicle systems and platforms for a broader perspective.
• Contribute to a flow-oriented, collaborative engineering culture across the organization.
• Coach colleagues by sharing knowledge and explaining agreed solutions.
