Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex engineering or development projects in an international environment.
• Strong structure, trust-building, and goal-oriented leadership.
• Analytical and solution-oriented with cross-cultural collaboration.
• Experience from product development industrial companies; knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems is an advantage.
• PM certification such as PMP or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written.
