Job summary

Justera Group in Göteborg is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Service Market Technology (SMT) activities within product and MAC projects. You will secure SMT business objectives, ensure on-time deliveries, and coordinate a cross-functional team from PCI through EG to align SMT requirements with overall plans.

Responsibilities include budgeting, timeline development, and ensuring V&V considerations are embedded.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Service Market Technology (SMT) activities within product and MAC projects. In this role, you will be responsible for securing SMT business objectives and ensuring that project deliveries meet established targets, requirements, and timelines. You will lead the SMT project team from PCI through EG, coordinating activities, managing budgets, and ensuring that SMT requirements and deliverables are integrated into the overall project plans. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across different functions, requiring a strong understanding of business needs and project priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SMT project team from PCI to EG, ensuring assigned gate targets and deliverables are achieved.
• Own, manage, and follow up on SMT project budgets.
• Develop and monitor SMT project timelines together with the team.
• Provide input to the overall project schedule and ensure alignment.
• Ensure SMT deliverables and requirements are integrated into relevant project plans, including V&V.
• Define and drive SMT deliverables in accordance with the Project Description.
• Understand and manage the expectations and needs of key stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to secure high-quality project deliveries.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, preferably within product development or aftermarket projects.
• Experience working with both waterfall and agile project methodologies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of process and product development.
• Experience with aftermarket operations and documentation is highly appreciated.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to make high-level decisions with limited information and competing priorities.
• Strong business understanding and the ability to work across functions.
• A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with a positive and proactive mindset.
• Ability to take ownership and drive projects towards successful delivery.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
