Job summary

Nordea seeks a senior project leader to own migration initiatives in the post-trade space across the Nordics, delivering complex change with end-to-end accountability. You will drive governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk management in a cross-border context.

The role emphasizes delivering within regulatory timelines, collaborating with a multinational team, and contributing to the broader change agenda within Trading & Custody Services. Hybrid/flexible arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex, large-scale change initiatives end-to-end in financial services.
• Strong track record in regulatory or market-mandatory projects.
• Solid knowledge of securities markets, custody and post-trade processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication at senior level.
• Experience working in cross-border or multi-country environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end post-trade migration initiatives with delivery accountability, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive complex, large-scale projects in line with change roadmaps and regulatory timelines.
• Act as a senior, active member of a cross-border change team.
• Establish governance, manage risks and dependencies, and report to senior forums.
