Nordic Investin is recruiting a Regulatory Change Project Manager on behalf of a partner company. You will lead the practical direction for regulatory change, translating goals into a clear approach for impact assessment and requirements while establishing standards around controls and governance.

You will coordinate stakeholders, manage dependencies, and drive evidence-based improvements in testing, ensuring end-to-end ownership and concise decision-making across the team.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience delivering regulatory change translated into coordinated business implementation in a demanding environment.
• Strong working knowledge of impact assessment and requirements.
• Practical experience applying controls and stakeholder governance.
• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving testing.
• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.
