Nordea is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive complex regulatory and market-driven initiatives within Trading & Custody Services (TCS). The role emphasizes deep securities/post-trade expertise, cross-border collaboration, and ownership of analysis through to implementation across the Nordic region.

The position can be based in Poland or any Nordic country, offering a hybrid working model and close partnership with business, operations and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering complex, high-impact change initiatives in securities and post-trade.
• Strong track record leading regulatory or market-mandatory projects from analysis to implementation.
• Hands-on understanding of securities markets, post-trade processes and evolving regulatory and market infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Drive and own business analysis activities across regulatory and market driven projects.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution designs.
• Identify risks, gaps and improvement areas, including regulatory impacts.
• Perform process analysis and documentation.
• Analyze data and business flows to support decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure aligned delivery.
• Engage stakeholders across business, operations and technology.
• Support implementation of robust and compliant solutions.
• Bring industry insight on upcoming regulatory and market infrastructure developments.
