• Strong process and project management skills.
• Ability to structure, lead, and execute end-to-end processes with high quality.
• Debt collection knowledge is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and control external debt collection processes, ensuring quality, compliance and end-to-end execution.
• Turn operational data into clear management reporting, insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Nordics and with external partners to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Translate changes into robust operational processes, controls and ways of working.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and drive them to resolution.
