Nordea seeks a Senior/Expert Market Connectivity & Equity Trading Analyst to translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions for exchange-traded products across the Nordic markets. You will collaborate with traders, product owners, and engineers to ensure resilient, compliant trading capabilities.

You will own end-to-end trading workflows, OMS, FIX connectivity and data flows, bringing strong capital-markets knowledge and analytical leadership to the team.

Formación

• At least 5 years of IT/BA experience in banking, financial services or capital markets.
• Hands-on knowledge of OMS, trading workflows and connectivity.
• Solid FIX protocol knowledge and data flows across trading value chain.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business, functional and non-functional requirements for exchange-traded products from order capture to post-trade processing.
• Translate requirements into solution specs, interfaces and user stories.
• Act as SME for OMS, trading workflows and FIX-based connectivity.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering on design, data flows and integration patterns.
• Coordinate impact assessments across applications, teams and vendors.
• Plan and support end-to-end testing, including defects analysis and production readiness.
• Contribute to operational stability through incident analysis and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, information security and Nordea standards.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and communicate complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor colleagues and strengthen analytical practices.
