Job summary

Riverty is seeking a (Senior) Product Manager for Consumer Touchpoints to shape the experiences consumers have with our Invoicing as a Service platform. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for digital and human touchpoints across multiple Nordic locations, including Stockholm, Oslo, Varberg, Helsinki and Copenhagen.

You will define requirements, drive initiatives with engineering and operations, and balance customer needs with business impact while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Several years of Product Management experience in cross-functional product organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for consumer touchpoint domains.
• Own and continuously improve the user experience across consumer-facing touchpoints.
• Identify customer needs through user research, feedback, market insights and data.
• Develop scalable and reusable product capabilities across domains.
• Define and track product KPIs, including conversion, digital self-service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial and Compliance.
• Define product requirements and collaborate with our platform team.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are considered within your domains.
