Zusammenfassung

Riverty is hiring a (Senior) Product Manager for Consumer Touchpoints to shape the experiences through which customers interact with our invoicing-as-a-service platform. You will own the product strategy, drive the roadmap, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance to deliver scalable capabilities and improved digital self-service.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of Product Management experience in cross-functional product teams.
• Strong in product strategy, discovery and roadmap definition for digital products.
• Expertise in payments, dunning, collections, customer service or self-service.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with outcome-oriented decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Operations and Commercial.
• Proactive, self-driven and able to decide in ambiguous environments.
• Strong English communication; Swedish/Norwegian helpful.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for consumer touchpoints.
• Own and improve the user experience across consumer-facing touchpoints.
• Identify customer needs via user research, feedback, market insights and data.
• Develop scalable and reusable product capabilities across domains.
• Define and track product KPIs including conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial and Compliance.
• Define product requirements and work with the platform team; ensure regulatory compliance.
