Senior Piping Lead Engineer – COWI

We are looking for a highly skilled Piping Lead Engineer with 7+ years of experience in industrial piping design to lead multidisciplinary EPC projects across energy, petrochemicals, pulp and paper, and other process industries.

Your Role as Piping Lead Engineer

• Lead and coordinate piping design activities in complex industrial projects
• Act as a key technical advisor, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to secure high‑quality deliveries
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers
• Take part in the full project lifecycle – from feasibility studies and conceptual design to detailed engineering, procurement, construction management, and final handover

What We Are Looking For

• A degree in engineering or equivalent technical education
• At least 7 years of proven experience in industrial piping design
• Strong expertise in design tools such as E3D
• Excellent knowledge of piping and industry standards
• A problem‑solving mindset with the ability to deliver innovative, high‑quality solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence in client‑facing situations
• Personal qualities: driven, accountable, and eager to take responsibility in complex, high‑impact projects
