A leading engineering consultancy in Gothenburg is seeking experienced Instrument Engineers to join their team on an exciting green transition journey. Candidates should have an MSc or BSc in relevant fields and several years of experience in process industries. Responsibilities include leading instrumentation projects, designing process control systems, and engaging in installations in ATEX environments. Communication in English and Swedish is advantageous. We are looking for two to three instrument engineers who want to join us on our exciting green transition journey. We are currently approximately 600 employees at the offices in Gothenburg/Stenungsund, of which 40 are in Electrical & Automation.

Responsibilities

• Project lead instrumentation
• Design process control and safety systems
• Functional safety and SIL verification
• Installations in ATEX environment
• Create specifications for field instruments
• Review and approval of design deliveries
• RFQ for installation contracts
• Cost calculations
• Commissioning and handover to client

Qualifications

• MSc. or BSc. in electrical, automation, instrument engineering or similar field.
• Several years of working experience in process industries such as petrochemical, refineries, power plants and biotechnology.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Swedish language can be an advantage.
