Job summary

Mentimeter, a Stockholm-based engagement company, is looking for a Senior People Growth Catalyst for Product to shape leadership, team structures and people practices that support our next growth phase.

You will join the Product leadership team, coach directors and managers, drive calibration and salary reviews across crafts, ensure Sweden’s labour law compliance, and turn data into practical leadership actions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR/People with senior HRBP/People Partner experience in product-led tech companies.
• Experience across different product organisation setups and growth/change scenarios.
• Strong expertise in performance management, calibration, development and salary reviews across crafts.

Responsibilities

• Shape Product’s people priorities with the leadership team, linking business goals to leadership capability and career paths.
• Collaborate with leaders on team structures, responsibilities and cross-craft collaboration.
• Lead development cycles, calibration and salary reviews across crafts to ensure consistent practices.
