Job summary

The consultant will support project teams in achieving objectives, managing risks, maintaining quality standards, and delivering results within agreed timelines and budgets.

The role requires competency level 4 or higher, 2+ years as QA Manager, and fluent Swedish with good English.

Qualifications

• Competency level 4 or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience as a QA Manager.
• At least 2 years developing and following up on quality assurance plans for major projects.
• Experience leading and conducting risk analyses.
• Experience reporting to and communicating with steering groups and project teams.
• Very good Swedish skills, both spoken and written.
• Good English skills, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and follow up on quality assurance plans.
• Review project plans, schedules, budgets, estimates, and deliverables.
• Ensure project, process, and product quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead and conduct operational and project risk analyses.
• Identify quality deficiencies and follow up on corrective actions.
• Compile findings from reviews, audits, and risk assessments.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for project management and steering groups.
• Support project teams in achieving agreed objectives and expected outcomes.
• Lead smaller projects, sub-projects, or IT-related activities when required.
