Job summary

QESTIT is seeking a skilled Requirements Analyst to translate business needs into clear IT solutions. You will gather detailed requirements from stakeholders, document them as specs, user stories, and use cases, and act as a bridge to development and testing teams.

You will manage changes across the project lifecycle, participate in QA activities, and help create user manuals and training materials. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with experience from larger IT projects using Agile

Qualifications

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a requirements analyst, product owner, scrum master, agile coach or similar role.
• Experience from several industries.
• Wanting to help the organization work as good as possible in order to develop the best possible products.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed business requirements through meetings and interviews with stakeholders.
• Document requirements clearly into specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements to assess viability and business impact.
• Serve as a connection between stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
• Manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Keep all parties updated and support development and testing teams by clarifying requirements.
• Resolve issues related to requirements.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the solution meets business needs.
• Assist in creating user manuals and training materials.
• Drive continuous improvement of requirements gathering and analysis.
• Value cooperation, initiative, and responsibility.
• Maintain a professional and business-oriented approach when interacting with customers.
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
• Work on large IT projects using Agile methodologies.
