Job summary

GlobalLogic Sweden AB is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter with 5+ years of IT recruitment experience to lead end-to-end hiring, build talent pipelines, and drive the employer brand across markets.

You will partner with hiring managers, source through LinkedIn, job boards and referrals, ensure a positive candidate experience, navigate local labor laws, support an international IT workforce, and apply data-driven recruitment practices.

Qualifications

• IT recruitment experience (5+ years)
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Strong networking and sourcing abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders
• Knowledge of data-driven recruitment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Source IT professionals through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals)
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews to assess skills and fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and advise on strategy
• Enhance employer branding and participate in industry events
• Maintain a robust pipeline for current and future roles
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
