Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years in internal or change communications, employee engagement.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications strategy for Lyten Sweden.
• Advise senior leaders on communication and change management.
• Develop plans supporting strategic initiatives, organizational change, and culture-building efforts.
• Create leadership messages, employee updates, newsletters, town halls, intranet content, and executive communications.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives that reinforce Lyten's mission, values, and direction.
• Manage and optimize communication channels, including SharePoint, Teams, email, and other platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support onboarding, recognition, and engagement programs.
• Ensure consistent messaging across functions and alignment with global branding standards.
• Measure communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support crisis and sensitive communications as required.
