Job summary

Lyten is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to own the staffing agency program end‑to‑end in Sweden. You will manage day‑to‑day agency communications, governance, and documentation while partnering with Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and external agencies to keep processes running smoothly.

You will define SLAs/KPIs, produce vendor dashboards, and drive continuous improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality of hires.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–8 years in Talent Acquisition or staffing operations.
• Experience with MSP/VMS programs, vendor management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal English; Swedish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the contingent workforce program end‑to‑end, including onboarding/offboarding, governance, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and hiring managers to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track spend, time‑to‑fill, fill rate, and quality of hire.
• Lead program improvements, policy updates, and vendor negotiations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with labour and data privacy requirements across regions.
