You will report to the HR Manager for Power Transformers Ludvika, partner with local management, and lead engagement initiatives, measure impact, and align local branding with our global strategy for a world‑class workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with 2-5 years in communications or marketing
• Strong interest in employer branding
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Craft internal communications that inspire engagement, connectivity, and culture.
• Lead change initiatives during periods of change and employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.
• Develop and implement local employer branding initiatives in sync with our global strategy and business objectives.
