Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR operations or HR service delivery leadership.
• Strong understanding of Swedish labor law and payroll processes.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR operations including employee administration, HRIS management, and payroll coordination.
• Design and implement standardized HR processes ensuring compliance with Swedish laws.
• Monitor key HR metrics and report trends to management.
