Scania in Södertälje, Sweden, is recruiting two Senior Internal Auditors to join Group Internal Audit (GIA). The roles cover non-IT audits across manufacturing, R&D, procurement, logistics, finance, sustainability and governance.

You will lead risk-based engagements, apply professional scepticism and collaborate with stakeholders across Scania’s international operations, TRATON and other brands. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Formación

• Eight years of audit experience, including three or more years in internal audit.
• Knowledge of IIA Global Internal Audit Standards and risk assessment.
• Experience leveraging AI, data analytics and digital technologies to improve audit quality and efficiency.
• Ability to critically validate AI-generated outputs and adapt to emerging technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, risk-based audit engagements from planning through reporting and follow-up with limited supervision.
• Apply professional judgement and business insight to identify material risks and propose improvements.
• Use data analytics, AI-assisted analysis and automation to deepen audit coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with GIA teams, TRATON group colleagues and external co-sourcing partners.
