Job summary

Inter IKEA Group in Sweden seeks a Leader in Group Internal Audit to lead engagements across the group, assessing governance, risk and control from end-to-end perspective.

You will partner with business teams, provide fact-based insights, challenge constructs, and help shape audit methods and team capabilities.

The role requires strong audit experience, at least 8 years, with international exposure, and travel 10–20%. Reports to Group Internal Audit Manager.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven internal audit track record
• Ability to lead end-to-end audit assignments
• Strong understanding of governance, risks and controls
• Proficiency in English with clear communication

Responsibilities

• Lead internal audit engagements across Inter IKEA Group
• Partner with business teams to provide insights and recommendations
• Shape and improve Internal Audit methodologies and team capabilities
• Report to Group Internal Audit Manager and collaborate with management/Boards
• Travel 10–20% as part of role
