Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical sub-projects or engineering work packages.
• Background in industrial investment or capital projects.
• Experience managing technical equipment and engineering systems.
• Strong technical coordination and stakeholder management.
• Experience preparing technical specifications and requirements.
• Experience managing suppliers and contractor deliveries.
• Experience conducting technical reviews and engineering evaluations.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple engineering disciplines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical equipment packages or engineering sub-projects.
• Coordinate technical systems and multidisciplinary engineering activities.
• Define technical requirements and develop equipment specifications.
• Manage suppliers, technical vendors, and engineering partners.
• Coordinate technical design reviews and engineering approvals.
• Ensure technical deliveries meet project quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Monitor project progress and manage technical risks.
• Drive technical issue resolution and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Process, Automation, Validation, Commissioning, QA, and Engineering teams.
• Support procurement activities and supplier evaluations.
• Review technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, and project handovers when required.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, engineering standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project.
• Support continuous improvement of engineering execution and project delivery.
