AUMOVIO seeks a Project Manager to lead customer-focused projects on-site with one of our partner companies. You will own budgets, drive profitability, coordinate resources, and ensure delivery against requirements.

You bring a business mindset, proven relationship-building skills, and 5+ years in automotive or consumer electronics. Strong Swedish and English communication, international project experience, and the ability to lead and deploy cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Engineering, Technology, Natural Sciences, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive or consumer electronics industries or related technology-intensive sectors.
• Experience with project management in an international environment.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Business-oriented with extensive customer-facing/relationship-building experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing projects meeting customer needs and profitability.
• Own project budget, sales targets, and resources.
• Conduct opportunity and risk analyses; monitor progress and take corrective actions.
• Represent project to customers and suppliers; negotiate changes and requirements.
• Collaborate with the project team; communicate, coordinate and delegate tasks.
