NestAI seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead technical delivery on partner projects from Stockholm, with ~3 days on-site weekly. This role blends software, hardware integration, and field-ready engineering to tailor NestOS platforms for mission-critical environments.

You will work across AI, embedded systems, and full-stack domains to ship field-proven capabilities, collaborating with client teams and NestAI R&D to ensure robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI, embedded systems, or full-stack engineering.
• Strong ability to tailor platforms to complex, real-world environments.
• Fluent in English and Swedish with excellent collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Mission-Specific Engineering: Technical leadership for client projects and deployment of customized platforms.
• Architectural Integration: Design, develop, and deploy solutions that connect edge devices, UAV sensors, and situational intelligence platforms.
• AI-Driven Development: Use AI workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining the sovereign core of the systems.
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Work with client teams and NestAI R&D to translate field requirements into scalable features.
