Job summary

Natixis Sweden Branch seeks a fully qualified accountant to lead the branch's financial integrity and regulatory reporting within the EU head office framework. The role requires deep CIB product knowledge and strong Swedish regulatory acumen to manage P&L, reporting, and tax obligations.

The position emphasizes technical accounting leadership, cross-border collaboration, and process automation to improve efficiency and governance in the Nordic finance function.

Qualifications

• Fully Qualified Accountant with banking/financial services experience.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish local regulatory requirements for EU banking branches.
• Extensive experience with Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) business lines and financial products.
• Experience in end-to-end financial reporting and annual statutory accounts.
• Knowledge of Pillar 2 and CbCR reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliant and accurate financial management for the Swedish branch.
• Oversee daily financial operations including processing, reconciliation, and control activities.
• Produce daily P&L and conduct variance analysis.
• Prepare management information including revenue, portfolio activities, and KPIs.
• Lead financial and regulatory reporting, including group accounts and balance sheet control.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities in financial processes.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore Finance teams for integration and knowledge sharing.
