Job summary

Ubique Systems is seeking a Senior Engineer (L3) to deliver high-priority IT support for enterprise environments. The role combines advanced technical expertise with strong customer engagement and on-site leadership at major locations.

You will manage incidents with urgency, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff while ensuring ITIL-aligned service delivery and security compliance.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of enterprise end-user computing/deskside support experience, including Level 3 exposure.
• Strong expertise in Windows, macOS, Office 365, collaboration platforms, and mobility solutions.
• Experience supporting large sites or business-critical user groups.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact for high-priority users and business-critical IT issues.
• Provide advanced Level 3 troubleshooting across Windows and macOS environments.
• Coordinate with network, security, and infrastructure teams while retaining end-to-end ownership.
• Ensure readiness of meeting rooms, collaboration technology, and audio/video systems for events.
• Mentor and guide junior technicians; ensure adherence to ITIL processes and security policies.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours rotations for critical incidents.
