Job summary

AVASO Technology Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced onsite IT support professional to manage end-user devices, software installs, and asset lifecycle within the site. You will act as the primary IT contact, coordinating with backend teams for network and server issues and providing VIP support where required.

The role requires 3+ years in enterprise IT, strong knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, and Office 365/SharePoint, with hands-on ServiceNow ticketing experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support in a corporate environment.
• Experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft servers.
• Experience with Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Strong time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite IT point of contact for the site.
• Provide end-user desktop and laptop support and network basics.
• Install and configure software on user devices and servers.
• Onboard/offboard users and manage IT assets.
• Coordinate with vendors and support teams as needed.
• Maintain SOPs and runbooks for global team use.
