Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Lead Application Support Engineer. You will proactively identify production issues using observability tools to reduce MTTR/MTTD and collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams across geographies.

You will manage production environments, coordinate incident triage, oversee deployments, and prepare internal reports on major incidents, while maintaining SLAs and driving ITIL-aligned processes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in application support and maintenance (tier 2 and 3).
• Incident management, problem management, and change management.
• Experience with .NET based apps and ITIL/ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Interface with technical and business stakeholders and manage the production environment.
• Handle change management and application deployments.
• Coordinate incident triage and facilitate outage calls.
• Prepare internal reports on major incidents.
