Job summary

nShift is seeking an Enterprise Consulting Manager to lead the Enterprise Implementations service line within Professional Services, overseeing complex deployments across TransSmart, TMS and Ship. You will build a scalable delivery approach and lead a high-performing consulting team with deep BCP and Experience Suite expertise.

The role combines SaaS professional services leadership with commercial accountability, working with our leadership team to drive ai-enabled delivery and improved speed,

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in SaaS professional services.
Experience delivering multi-market enterprise deployments.
Strong governance, risk management and portfolio oversight.
Commercial ownership of services revenue and margins.
Ability to build scalable, repeatable delivery practices.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise implementations across TransSmart, TMS and Ship.
Design scalable delivery practices for multi-market rollouts and advanced integrations.
Oversee a portfolio of complex projects with stage-gates and risk management.
Coach and grow a team of senior consultants with domain expertise.
Partner with PMO, Training, Advisory, Sales, Customer Success and Product to ensure outcomes.
