Job summary

Planhat is seeking a Deployment Strategy Operations Lead to own post-sales programs, design them into reusable workflows, and operationalize them across our commercial teams. You’ll connect strategy with execution by embedding programs into our CRM and automation, ensuring teams use them consistently.

You’ll translate CS methodologies into structured processes, define success metrics, and drive adoption across the organization while collaborating with GTM Systems Lead for broader system changes.

• Drive adoption and ensure programs are embedded, measurable, and scalable.
