Qualifikationen

• 10+ years leading a technical integration, platform, or partner management function in SaaS, e-commerce or logistics tech.
• Experience driving operating-model change or automation-driven transformation.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate complex operational issues into clear business decisions.
• Experience owning a partner or vendor relationship function with tiered relationship management.
• Familiarity with carrier or logistics connectivity concepts; strong integration experience is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Lead the full carrier integration and partnerships function, reporting to the Chief Customer Officer.
• Own end-to-end delivery coordination for carrier work across teams including Engineering; manage timelines and release readiness.
• Define and implement the target operating model for carrier functions across Carrier, PS, Product and Engineering.
• Establish clear commercial boundaries between standard carrier work and bespoke, customer-funded work.
• Introduce metrics that track progress beyond volume; focus on effort and reliability.
• Lead, coach and develop the team leads and their teams; build a resilient structure.
