Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Senior Data Migration Lead to own large-scale data migration projects end to end, from conception through post-migration support. You will manage the full lifecycle, collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure clean landings and measurable success.

In this delivery-focused role, you will engage with stakeholders across business units, IT, and deployment teams, applying robust ETL and data integration practices, and shaping migration strategies for

Qualifications

5+ years' hands-on data migration and ETL experience.
Thorough expertise across full end-to-end migration lifecycle.
Deep hands-on ETL and data integration in complex enterprise environments.
Experience using industry-standard migration tooling (ADDM Syniti, Informatica, SAP BODS).

Responsibilities

Engage clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and risks, and develop migration strategies.
Own migration planning including scope, timelines, and success criteria.
Apply data quality assurance, validation methodologies and testing to protect data integrity.
Identify, assess and mitigate risk with contingency and rollback strategies for mission-critical migrations.
Translate technical migration concepts for non-technical stakeholders across teams.
